Doctors at the Central Utah Clinic are pleasant and competent, once you finally meet with them. I'm trying to understand the mentality of a business that consistently requires its customers to wait, and wait a very long time (most recently six weeks for this established patient in serious need, followed by two hours in the waiting room after the appointed time). I can understand a delay in case of an emergency, but I've experienced a lengthy wait at virtually every appointment, forming a predictable pattern of arrogance, presumably based on the assumption that my time is less valuable than theirs. I say it's time for more orthopedic specialists to move to the valley, establish some overdue competition for my business, and finally put the free market to work.
