I wasn't very pleased with my visit here. I went in to buy a text book for my health class and at first had a great experience! There was a very kind sales rep with dark hair and a goatee who gave me a killer deal on the mylab access code for my health textbook and, heck, i would have come back here for most of my textbooks and recommended it to friends!



but then comes in the overweight man with the ugly neck beard. He was simply being rude. He was angry that the other sales rep had quoted me such a killer deal so instead of letting me buy just the access code, he made me buy an older version of the textbook that i don't need. ill have to buy the actual textbook online later... then he was being a jerk and told me i couldn't return the books if i needed to...



So i gave it 2 stars because i ended up coming out ahead on the access code... But the rude sales rep really ruined my experience with his poor attitude and unfair return policy... i would not recommend coming to this store if he is there... check out book-x-change instead.
