I have been using Bernie's for over 10 years and have nothing but good to say about Glen. He is very customer-friendly and does what's best for the long term-not just the current problem. His rates are quite reasonable and he has responded impressively to emergency situations. I have given his info to many friends and neighbors and they all have reported positive experiences with Glen. I feel comfortable having him work in my home at any time.

This company was difficult to schedule, not accommodating and has an outrageous service call fee. They misdiagnosed the problem and it would have cost us $500 as opposed to the $20 that we spent elsewhere to fix it. Definitely disappointed in this company and felt taken advantage of.
