Matt was the technician, he arrived there, introduced himself and began to change the tire with the "fake spare" --

Extremely unhelpful. They were 3 hours late and now I won't get my car back today. They gave no warning of running late.

I needed to move a construction vehicle from in front of my loading dock and called AM/PM. the guy on the phone was rude and short with me. He needed to know what type of vehicle it was and how much it weighed before he would begin to help. It's not my vehicle and I didn't know how much it weighed. He then told me he could t move it because the guy that does it was off that night. So, tell me that before I have a 10-minute conversation about what type of vehicle it is and how much it weighs? Seemed like the guy on the other end of the phone was an idiot that didn't know a thing about anything.
