To get exercise, run out of this club as fast as you can. IF YOU JOIN, GET EVERYTHING IN FINE PRINT ON PAPER AT SIGN UP! They are happy to make promises at time of joining, but may not uphold their commitment agreed upon later. And, when you want to talk to someone local, they are quite elusive. You end up hearing from "headquarters" because you get nowhere locally. I'd go somewhere else where communication with their members is the major goal of the business. It is not here, unfortunately.
