I just ordered a bouquet for my friend online according to the picture. The price under the picture was $29.99. The flowers delivered were absolutely nothing like the ones I ordered. First she tried to say it was made to price and then when I point out the price was under the picture she said it was made according to holiday prices. She said none of that when I ordered. Streaming unhappy and now she said she's going to go pick up the flowers. What a terrible company.I really wish I could post the pictures on here!

Unprofessional staff,delivery personnel extremely rude and does not deliver flowers anywhere near the correct location of addressee and resolves issues by hanging up on customers. I notified 1-800-Flowers,since that is who they go through for my delivery area in South Carolina. Next time, I will make sure to travel from Michigan and deliver the flowers myself, before I would have anyone I know, have to deal with Thelma's Flower and Gifts in Prosperity,South Carolina. Love 1-800-Flowers, but they need to locate another delivery service. Thelma's is BAD for business. NO SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY AT THELMA'S FLOWER"S AND GIFTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
