On 3/20 at around 2:15am i pulled up to pay at the exit and no one was in the booth. There was a sign that said "went to the bathroom, be back in 3 min." I waited a half hour before i witnessed the imigrant who was supposed to be working come out of a car where he had been sleeping. I tried to complian but he didn't speak a word of english. ridiculous!
