Ruler Foods operate as a discount grocery store offering basic grocery items and featuring everyday low prices. The stores contain a high concentration of corporate brand products in a low cost structure environment. Customers bag their own groceries and 'rent' shopping carts for 25 cents, which is then returned when the cart is replaced. This cuts down on the number of carts on the parking lot which lessens car damage and saves the customer money.

I love saving money here..but after looking at the website and calling to be sure of their hours.I was told wrong and not too happy about the waist of time and gas

This store is incredible!!! I saved at least 25% of my normal grocery purchases the 1st time I shopped at Ruler!!! The produce is priced so well (and fresh) that sometimes I buy fresh over canned! The store is clean, easy to maneuver and employees are kind and helpful, too. So grateful this store came to town!!! Love it, love it love it!!!!!
