Purchased local In stead of buying online .live less than 3 miles from store and still did not get delivery and service in a timely fashion !! Had to pick up pellet stove myself. If I would have brought online would have it delivered free and sooner than they could have delivered it sooner!and then when I needed to purchase piping nobody could figure out what I needed .had to make two trips . Save the money and don't buy local !!!!!!!!

Preston Trading Post is very happy to sell you something but they DO NOT SERVICE EVEN UNDER WARRANTY. At least they do not service gas fireplaces. We have a gas smell coming from the works at the bottom of the fireplace and they said to call my gas company they did not perform service. The gas company obviously doesn't service the actual fireplace, they will check their line into the fireplace. This is still not resolved. Be careful.
