But sometimes we need to drive our trucks on your lawn to access your septic tank for pumping.We carry 130 feet of hose on each truck to get as close as possible.Longer lengths possible if asked for when scheduling.If there is a hill, longer lengths cannot be honored as our pumps cannot pump well up hill and longer than that standard distance.If we need to drive on your lawn to get closer just so your tank can be cleaned properly, it is sometimes unavoidable that ruts from truck tires may happen,and we are not responsible for any tire rut damage that may be done.Something to take under consideration when scheduling a situation as noted above, you can schedule in the winter/frozen frost months to avoid ruts as best as possible.And and as always, thank you for your business.
