Excellent Service.... I recent...

Excellent Service.... I recently called them to fix a problem with my AC unit after the company I was with for 7 years royally messed up. Brian Brooks was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very hard working. I can't say enough about the service I received. I do now have a new service contract with them...thank for your great customer service.

Great Service

I'm a single mom and do not know anything about plumbing problems. I called 3 different "24-hour emergency" plumbers from the internet...no luck...just got voice message machines. I left messages but didn't get calls back till much later. My last call was to Yavapai Plumbing & Heating. I had an emergency leak from the bathroom that flooded over on to the carpet and I called at 6am. The tech (Denver) came out immediately and fixed the problem. He was very patient and pleasant and I was very happy he "save the day". Would definitely call them again!!!

On time, did work fast, cleaned up, wasn't pushy about service agreement, no lectures. Very good service, will call again.
