always helpful, always have hard to find parts for older vacuums, very helpful with fixing my brother sewing machine that I didn't buy from them.

I would not go here for any reason. The machine my wife bought did not work properly and when she asked them to repair the problem the woman said the machine was a "consignment" and they where not responsible. They then became very offensive and rude.
