This doctor is in a solo office in Prescott, AZ. His nurse made me fill out a lengthly form then he asked me all the questions over again while writing the answers down in longhand. Then he started telling me what specialists I should see and tests I should take and wouldn't listen to the reason I was there! His nurse stood in the room the whole time which I have never had happen before with other doctors. I felt like I was in there with two robots.

Dr.. Heikkenen is a great doctor. His staff is wonderful and very friendly. I would highly recommend that you Dr. Heikkenen at Rocky Mountain Medical.

I saw this doctor for the first time today and I will NEVER return to his office again. ######His staff is rude and inefficient. ######So is Dr. Heikkenen. I waited for over an hour after my appointment time to be seen. The doctor didn't even introduce himself when he walked in to the room, let alone apologize to me for making me wait so long. ############This doctor is incompetent and flat out rude. I would HIGHLY recommend against anyone seeing this doctor for ANY reason.
