Joe is the Best there & so r the other workers, But Joe is my favorite. They really nice PEOPLE & I will never ever go anywhere else. I've been going there now 4 / about 5 yrs. ( I've tried other places ,But I will never do that again!!!! IT was a Big mistake..) I will continue 2 B A loyal customer 4Ever !!♥ :-D

I just got Shellac put on my nails @ Da Vi nail salon in Prescott. What a joke!!!!! First of all, the girl used a drill to file the old Shellac off, instead of wrapping each nail with acetone soaked cotton and foil.
The really bad part was, she didn't get it all off. I mentioned it and she just shrugged it off after drilling another spot or two. Since it's almost Christmas I had her put a sparkly red color on. I only wanted the tips done, but she put the red shellac on starting half way down my nail, and my nails were long, plus she put so much on there was a blurry line between the red and the rest of my nail bed. It looked ridiculous!!!! So I asked her before I put my hand into the curing light (don't know what it's called) if it was too late to have the whole nail painted instead. She said no and did the rest of the nail. Because she didn't get all the old shellac off, my nails are all warped looking. I'm not a confrontational person and she did seem sweet, so I didn't say anything, but I will NEVER ever go back there. I only went there because I had to cancel my appt. with my wonderful nail tech, Kerry at Advantage Salon in Prescott Valley because I had to work out of town and she was booked solid til Christmas.
