Horrible. They had to make our pancakes twice without a real explanation or apology. When we wanted refills so we'd have coffee with breakfast they tried to charge us. (charging for refills when the coffee is already overpriced is ridiculous anyway)After I dared to complain about the poor service and bad attitude of the staff the owner told me to never come back. This place is also a deathtrap with outdated and improper electrical wiring.

My husband and I were in Prescott visiting parents and we stopped in Cupper's to have some coffee and use the free wifi. While there we mistakenly unplugged their cordless telephone and plugged in our computer. We did not realize that we caused a problem and when a clerk discovered it she came and informed us of our mistake. We apologized and immediate remedied the problem. Minutes later, the owner cam storming out to publicly humiliate and scold us in the midst of a crowded room. We apologized AGAIN but she was insistent on reprimanding us. We were so shocked by her behavior that we sat there and took the verbal abuse. Needless to say we left her establishment quickly. I know the loss of our business is of no consequence to the owner but perhaps the loss of YOUR business will be of consequence. If she treated us this way, a couple in their 50s, imagine how she will treat you. Take your business to Roasters on Gurley

Very homey, friendly coffee house with good espresso drinks and good food. Three dining rooms and several tables outside. Real "neighborhood" gathering place. Dog friendly outdoor seating.
