The best Chinese food in the Prescott area. Very good portions, staff is friendly and service is excellent. Also have one in PV which is just as good.

This is the only Chinese food I like in Prescott. Very flavorful with nice portions and reasonable prices. The Prescott location is a little run down but the PV location is very nice. Service is always fast and staff friendly >:0)

As the girlfriend and I walked into the restaurant around noon, the first thing we notice was there was nobody there eating and the place did not smell like cooking food. Cooked food smell is important I believe when you walk into an establishment because it indicates they actually have business. We sat down to eat and the place looked grungy, there was an employee sitting across the room eating a bowl of soup from a tupawear container. she was slurping, and slurping and slurping. It absolutely disgusted me. I did not order any food and we left without eating. My hand felt dirty the entire drive home from touching their menu.

This, by far, was one of my worst experiences eating at a brand new restaurant. I ordered roast duck with vegetables. My husband ordered pork with vegetables. What was served was completely dried out. The pork was dry and flavorless and the roast duck was all bone with very little meat. The so-called vegetables that came with my duck was nothing but raw shredded cabbage. So, I asked them to bring me some broccoli and when it came out it was dried out. When I explained this to the manager, she said she would only take one meal off the ticket and I told her to take off the roast duck as it was the worst, not to mention costly. She even admitted that they used a bad company and the ducks were skinny. I thought to myself, well why serve it then! We were constantly shooing away 4 flies that were buzzing around our table. And a group of 4 older folks had waited over an hour and when their food never arrived, they finally got up and left. When the group of 4 folks left, all they did was wipe AROUND the plates and cutlery and didn't REPLACE anything on the table. That is a health code violation, so when they were about to seat another group of people, I got up and told the hostess that she needed to have the table cleared and reset and that it was a health code violation. She did that and one of the Chinese waitresses who didn't speak any English started ripping the poor busboy apart in Chinese and he just stood there looking at her because he didn't understand her. He finally said, "whatever" and walked away. What restaurant opens for business without having their liquor license and then not cover that section of the menu? The poor wait staff had to stumble over telling us that the restaurant didn't have their license yet and we could bring in alcohol if we wanted.The experience was draining and I left with a headache and still hungry. Final word, NIGHTMARE.

Really bad food here! Beware! The food was bad and the staff even worse. This is what passes for decent food in Prescott, but you should know that the food here is so bad, you might be ill after eating! We were. This palce is not clean, the food was over fried, reheated and just plain bad. A LOT of MSG used here. Nothing fresh. You are better off at a burger joint or Panda Express.

This food here is awful!! You would be better off going to the grocery store and buying it all pre-made. It would probably be better!! Gelatinous egg drop soup right out of a can, frozen and pre battered shrimp, meat that smells like it turned a few days ago. Unfortunately, this is what passes for "decent" food in the Prescott area. If you object or complain, its just too bad, the owners and staff just do not care. Do not eat here, its worse than bad, its sickening.
