I have 18 years experience in document preparation and paralegal services and am able to offer services which do not require an attorney at a reasonable cost to you. I personally compose all documents and always provide quality documents prepared to your unique situation. I deliver the documents to the court for you, make sure the other party receives legal notice of the action filed and keep track of all deadlines so the process is as stress-free as possible for you. I am able to prepare documents to be filed with any court in Arizona. The following are just some of the areas I am able to provide documents at an affordable cost to you. My fees are all flat fees, meaning no hidden fees or costs for document preparation. However, there are additional costs in the form of personal service, court filing fees, (which vary depending on what kind of document is being filed) certified mail, publications, etc., which are paid by the client in addition to the preparation fees listed above.
