This man was appointed by a judge as the special administrator ofmy brother's estate. He has done everything in his power to stall delay and generally do nothing. It was 3 weeks from when he was appointed in court papers before he paid bond to get letters of administration. Delay. It was another month before he contacted our family, and then he brushed us off. It was over 2 months before he went a mile or two from his office to get the cash money that was part of the estate, so he could open an estate account. It was 4 months before wee successfully sold 2 cars that were costing us money for insurance and mantenance. By the time he pondered what we should do with my brother's home it was nearly 6 months in and the claim period was ending. By this time, all we wanted was this do nothing person out of our business. Yet, after telling me he was closing the estate as soon as the last tax return check arrived, about a month he said, it has been 3.5 months and he has done nothing but delay. This was a simple estate, yet he has tried repeatedly to claim that the fact that my brother did not have a will created some type of mess. I had car titles with the liens signed off, abstract title for the house, mortgage payoff letter, bank statement. There was no mess until this lawyer decided to fabricate a mess.
