I am excited to be able to join my voice with other purveyors of good food news and along with them, harmoniously sing a down home tune about the table spread before us.From the center mike comes a sweet melody describing the aroma of deliciously fried catfish swimming it's way into your nostrils.Mike 2 sweetly chimes the side dish medley of pinto beans ,hush now puppies don't sing over the sweet onions and the relished relish filling the spoon headed downtown.
