Best string cheese and cheese curds I've ever had in my life. I was raised in IL 10 miles from the WI border area by Lake Geneva, WI. I have also been a resident of Harper's Ferry, IA and Decorah, IA located just miles over the Mississippi River from Prarie du Chien, WI. I know cheese and have had cheese form many regions in the US and abroad. Eunice's cheeses are amazing in flavor, freshness, quality and texture!!! I only wish that there was a way to order them for home delivery, as I live in FL. I would quite literally spend hundreds of dollars every year on their cheese products. As it is; every chance I get to stop in to Eunice's when I'm in the area I empty either their shelves or my wallet, (whichever empties first,) on the amazing quality cheese they produce. If you're a cheese lover this place is a must experience destination!
