If there was a negative rating, I would give it a negative ten. Brought in a Snapper lawnmower that they are a DEALER for, so you would naturally assume they know how to fix it.



Well, they had an attitude as in poor customer service, they REFUSED to give me my lawn mower back as they wanted to do all extra service on it which didn't need it and when I talked BACK to them when they had an attitude with me, they threatened to the call the police. In all my 50 years of dealing with the public (held a managerial customer service position), I was highly insulted by this. Clearly this man who I found out was the owner wasn't "getting any" on a regular basis or the fact that his nasty attitude started taking its toll, I don't know nor do I care.



I can see why there was only one customer while I was dealing with him which took a total of 15 minutes.

Great customer service. I can go there and find any parts I need. If they don't have something, they happily order it and I receive it in a timely fashion. The parts girl is extremely knowledgable.

This place is great! Old time customer service. I have bought 4 fairly large ticket items from them and have always been impressed. This is the only place in town I go for outdoor power equipment. Bill and his son are very helpful and have a very good team working for them. Any other place takes long on repairs, never answers the phone, and nobody is knowledgable or helpful. These people excell at everything.
