Kiddie Academy's owner is good and has the right intent and heart for his school. However, he unfortunately has hired a director that is both incompetent, rude, aggressive, unprofessional and tactless in her communication with parents. She has violated HIPPA privacy laws on numerous occassions. She tries to be by the book. But she fails to understand all aspects of business. When dealing with custody issues they are uneducated and ill prepared.

This director Sarah McNeil operates from emotions and not professional etiquette. When presenting any concern regarding the actions of herself or staff she is very defensive and quickly becomes rude and curt. Instead of seeking for solutions or understanding she is quick to encourage one to find another location if they don't like how the school is ran. The owner has admitted on several occasions that her actions were wrong. However, he does nothing about it. I encourage those who are interested in specific details to contact me direct message. I have been gracious in my dealings with them. I would highly recommend that you ponder before making a decision to take them here.
