This is more for the Brumley Ticket Sales. I cannot believe their customer service for a Christian organization. We have been season ticket holders for over 20 years. This morning I called them because we missed our deadline this year. My fault. But with our history why wouldn't we have received a phone call? Duane would have. He knew how to take care of people. Elaine answered the phone when I called and she just really didn't care. Didn't feel bad, just this is how it is. Very disappointed in the way people are treated. Don't forget your tickets either, I'm sure nothing can be done there either. This was 9 days late. No grace period. That would have prevented all of this.
