My Home Warranty company sent an appliance repair company out initially and they replaced my AC unit. They botched the job and 2 months later my air wasn't working and kept freezing up. Freeman Air came out after calling my warranty company again about the issue and they were super friendly, professional, and were able to diagnose the issues and fix the mistakes the first company did while installing my unit. I wish my home warranty company would have sent them first to do the actual install as I know they would have done it correctly without any issues.
