Toinette was great.Ladies working the front desk very helpful.Toinette and the staff make you feel at home.Any tooth pain,go to Coast Dental.

Customer service sucks and the office manager is rude.

I have to say that this office rocks!!! The staff and the office manager (Natasha Marshall) helped me and made me feel comfortable. The office manager went over every finance in detail and I was able to move forward with treatment, she rocks. I don't usually like dentist office but this office was clean and had a nice environmental feel to it. Dr. Reza Miremami had jokes about keeping my teeth clean while Misty the Hygienist took great care of my gums. If you want a great dental experience; than go to Coast Dental Powder Springs.

I went to Coast Dental in Powder Springs about 1 1/2 years ago to get a root canal and have a crown put on. I saw Dr Reza Miremami. First of all, I had a terrible experience with the root canal it took him 6 times to numb my tooth. Every ingection hurt like crazy, and he seemed to numb everything but my tooth!!!! And after all that, my crown came off yesterday and I was told I would have to pay over $200 to get it put back on. Originally Dr Reza Miremami told me that the crown should last for over 5 years. But now I find out that he does not guaruntee his work! He won't even see me without charging me $67 just to talk to him! That is so ridiculous!!!!!!! I'm sorry but if he had done a proper job in the first place I wouldn't be in this situation. So why should I have to pay for his screw up?



So now I am trying to find a new dentist and every office I call has told me that they guaruntee all their crowns for 5 years or they will replace it for free! Several of the dentists I have called mentioned that they recieve complaints about Coast dental all the time.



PLEASE DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!! Coast dental does horrible work and then they make you pay extra for their screw ups!

I had a dental appointment with Dr. Reza Miremami, Coast Dental Office, 3709 New Macland Road, Suite 210, Powder Springs, Georgia 30127, (770) 222-3300 on 28 May 2009 at 1:00 pm.



After receiving a cleaning, I was asked to pay a co-pay of $5.00. I do not carry any cash with me and told the receptionist that I will be back in Monday to pay the $5.00. I have always paid my bills at that particular dental office and always on time. I have never left a bill unpaid or in arrears. However, the Latino receptionist became EXTREMELY irate in front of other patients who were sitting in the waiting lounge area. She was loud, rude and abrupt and shouted,



“Whenever I go to the doctor, I always go prepared. This is ridiculous! I'm going to start collecting the money from you people before you get service!”



She then rolled her eyes and stormed back into a backroom area.



I am amazed and extremely disappointed that Dr. Miremami would hire someone who is clearly not qualified nor suited to serve the public. Her attitude toward his patients is always extremely unprofessional; and it is for that reason why I will never go back to his office; and will also tell others (friends who just moved in this area who are looking for a doctor and dentist) not to go to his office. Additionally, I was not aware of the co-pay cost when I went in for my appointment.



I have fantastic dental and medical insurance. This is why it is unnecessary for Dr. Miremami’s staff to treat his patients with such disrespect and unprofessional behavior whenever they to into his office

I agree with the previous review. The biggest mistake I had ever made was walking in those doors. I went to Coast Dental in Powder Springs Rezza Miremami. He convinced me that I need two caps and a bridge. After he completed the work the were very uncomfortable. I contacted him and he asked that I come to see him. I told him of my complaint and his response was that he does not insure them. So I asked what my options were and he said I had none. I left and made an appointment with another dentist to evaluate the work This dentist said that the only way to fix the problem was to remove and replace them. Coast Dental refused. I sent their customer service 2 letters and never got response. I'm out $8k. I also noticed that they were double billing my insurance company. My last word, I wouldn't let him work on my dead dog.
