I am the General Manager of Candy Apple Custom, In reference to the bad review of the customer with the BMW . Your claim for the blown headgasket was not covered by your insurance. As the results of your Insurance companies investigatio ,you were denied the repair due to a pre-exsisting condition of "Radiator stop-leak" in the cylinder head as discovered by the BMW dealer. We cannot repair damage on a vehicle that is not authorized by your insurance company. We are very sorry of the results with your insurance company and we regret that you must slander our companies reputation because of your relationship with your insurance carrier and thier denial of your headgasket claim. We as a company strive to give the very best results of a collision repair and restoring you vehicle back to pre-accident condition.
