Horrible service. I came in in the middle of August and had the worst service ever in my life time!. I came in the morning on a Sunday. The girl there complained as soon as I walked in that why I had a list (ps I always bring a list when I'm buying sandwiches) that everyone that morning had brought one and she kept on going on and on. At first I took it as a joke that she was just messing with me and being sarcastic. I just smile thinking she was joking, but she wasn't (this was my first time at this place, in like 10 years and no I'm not kidding) and she complaint that ever since they advertised the 5 dollar foot long everyone comes in for the deal. To be honest yes I did come to give them a try and because of their 5 foot long deals but service is most important to me, If I don't like the service I won't come back again. I can't possible tell you how many times I have come in to sudmarina and brought a list of 6 sandwiches of 12in each they have always been really nice and helpful, they don't tell me "well that’s a fax in order, you should have fax it 24 hours in advance" you got to be kidding me??? I have come to the conclusion that she must not like her job when she had the nerve to irritate a customer like that. And yes I lost it at the end and called her the B word but I was upset for half the day thanks to her lousy service.
