Provided by YP.comDr. Zakov has been my Cardiologist for the past 2 years. He is a very pleasant and experienced Dr. to visit, listening to all matter's I may bring to my visit. He has scheduled particular tests for me over time to better determine current conditions regarding my case. At this time, I only need to see him on a routine 6 mo. period, but know he is there whenever I would require his Medical service. I would recommend Dr. Zakov to anyone interested and needing Cardiology care.

Provided by YP.comWe were told our doctor's visit would be between $100 and $180. Arch Health billed us for $395. When I told them we'd been quoted for former price range, they reduced our bill to $356.25, but said we received services that cost that amount and we had to pay the rest. I sent them a check for $180 with a certified letter. In it I said "If you went for an oil change and got a bill for $200 because the garage said you also needed an engine tune up, what would you say?" They forced me to pay the additional $176.25. They had all the power. Stay away from Arch Health Partners. I rate them a one only because I can't rate them any lower.

Provided by YP.comDidn't ask me anything about the laboratory that my plan covers for blood tests. Just took my blood and had it analyzed at their own in house lab, which is the only lab they are contracted with, Hmmm! Because it wasn't sent to my contracted lab, I am on the hook for the lab results. Thanks a lot Arch Partners, I'm done with you.
