Koller offers every reason to call a local business. My multiple experiences have been outstanding every time. In addition to the immediate turnaround, their advice prior to service was very candid and costs were VERY competitive. I have confidently requested their service for both a very expensive oriental rug and an inexpensive remnant. In both cases the finished product looked amazing. They are polite and a treat to have in my home...anytime!

When we arranged to have our fine oriental cleaned(Sept 07), we were going to drop it off, but they told us that they were in the process of establishing a new plant and that they would pick it up. so, they picked up our rug at home and two months later, we have not heard a word from this company. They do not answer their phones, (voice mail only) and do not return calls. At this point we are suspecting that we have been ripped off. They are not BBB certified. Be wary of this company.
