Rebuttal to birrm2003

If this patient thought we have poor service, we are truly terribly sorry. That is certainly not our intent. We tried to help. Laura is known for her excellent customer service and attention to detail. When this patient experienced trouble seeing through one of his new lenses, we made him another, and he still had problems. Unfortunately, he would not let us work with him to resolve the problem and he asked for a refund. When things like this occur, we bend over backwards to make sure the patient is happy. If the patient asks for a refund, we tell them that refunds are usually processed monthly, but, if someone requests it sooner than that, we process it sooner. We are sorry birrm2003.

Be Carefull!!!

This company has horrible customer service. The glasses I puchased from them were made to the wrong prescription, Twice! I finally just took the glasses back to them and asked for a refund and Laura Robertson told me it will take a month for me to get my refund. If I were you..... go somewhere else.
