Dear John H., I look through my service records dating back over a month from the time you posted this review and I can not locate anyone that has a name similar to yours. I am encouraging you to contact me and give me some insight as to what exactly your concerns are. I try to over see everything that is done here both the mechanical and the billing. Without direct feedback I can not correct any deficiencies.



I am sorry that you had the unpleasant experience of you walking in on me treating my employee(s) like "garbage" but without direct input from you I can not comment on that particular situation as whether it was a disciplinary action or something else.



The help wanted sign out front is typically for an attendant. The attendant position is usually a "first job" for many young adults for which many move on shortly thereafter. Turnover is usually frequent due to school and other interests.



In conclusion John, please call me. I will review your invoice and explain all the pricing for parts and labor. I will review the work which was performed and discuss it with the technician and try to determine if there was indeed any unnecessary repairs performed and promptly correct the issue. If there are any inconsistencies I will correct them and issue a refund

This place is a total rip off. My car was towed there as per request of the town police after my son was arrested. The officer called and told me because the car was owned and registered to me the car would NOT be impounded and prestige would do the towing. When I call prestige the next day, LARRY told me the tow few would be 235.00 and there would be an impound fee. I told him the car was NOT impounded and he had no authority to impound the car himself. When I threatened to call the town police again, Larry suddenly had a change of tone and said there would only be the tow charge. What he tried to pull with me is TOTALLY against the law and I do plan to report this place to the attorney general office,better business and the town police. I also think that after my phone call with this guy, the registration was removed from my car, you had to see the look on this guys face when I produced the registration. I had a feeling he would try and pull something, so I got another copy at dmv before I even showed up there. Beware of this place...they think people will pay any amount to get their car back...know your rights.Larry you certainly picked the wrong one to try and pull your scam on...You just cant fool a girl from the Bronx. I wont let this go I will report you to every agency that will listen,

I went to prestige automotive to pick up my car and pay the bill and man do they over price everything. Not only that, they fix things that aren't even broken! And to add insult to injury, i walked in on the owner treating his employees like garbage. Its no wonder why theres always a help wanted sign up. If you want honest and quality service you certainly will not find it here.

RIP OFF! Prestige Towing ripped me off for a $350.00 towing charge to pick up my son's car from the scene of his accident. The tow distance was about 2 miles. The police called this company in for the tow before I got to the scene. Prestige Towing took advantage of the situation and charged me this exorbitant amount of money. RIP OFF!
