Our grantmaking is local, Hudson Valley-wide and national in scope. Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley and our affiliates, and Community Foundation of Putnam County provide superior donor services, awards grants and scholarships that positively impact our communities, ensures sustainability of the nonprofit and philanthropic community, and serve as a leader, catalyst, and resource for charitable and philanthropic causes. Our legal name is Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley ( EIN 23-7026859 ) and we do business as the Community Foundation of Dutchess County, the Community Foundation of Ulster County, and the Community Foundation of Putnam County.
