I ordered dinner from them and they said it would take an hour and 90 mins later the food shows up. The food is ok, but it is convenient as it is close to where we live.



Even though the food was 30 mins late, I still gave a $4 tip. Interesting enough the charge shows up a couple days later with an $8 dollar tip. it looks like the delivery person decided to increase their tip even though the service was poor. The last great point was the food was warm and not hot as one would expect when they live less than 5 mins from the restaurant. I will NEVER order food from Parma again. The food is average, the service is horrible, and the delivery people are not honest people.

Excellent Stromboli! Can be made healthy with lots of vegetables. Lots of good choices for those in Sanatoga!!!
