Dave and his sons just here today wonderful wonderful people very professional and down to earth they came out when no one else would fixed our woodstove for a great price I'm so thankful for them and we will be calling them every year hope everyone enjoys there work and time and we did have a great day

Hi everyone Nesters came out and did an absolutely wonderful job our chimney it looks beautiful they where very professional just wanted to let everyone know that they should definitely use them very professional know exactly what we needed and got it done and our heat back that same day we will use them forever thanks everyone have a great day

I called 6 different companies and not one if them could help my 82 year old mother with no heat or hot water but Dave and his sons came out right away and gave us such good service got my mom's heat back on the same day we are so glad for them they did an absolutely wonderful job we will be using them from now on I will give anyone a reference for them I would really recommend them for anyone who needs someone who wants a real person working in there home thank you so much for everything

We found out on November 6, 2017 we needed to replace our furnace. The stove company got a new chimney stack and a new furnace and tried to install it on November 16, 2017 and they recommended we hire a chimney service to come and install the stack. I called a lot of companies but Dave from Nester Brothers Chimney Service was the only one that called me back. They came that afternoon and gave us a verbal estimate of $1,200 to complete the job. I felt like I had no choice and said yes do the work. He asked for half down. I gave him a check for $650. He gave me no contract or proof of insurance or 3 day rescission period paper. He cashed the check the same day. I texted him the next day and said I wanted to cancel his services due to wanting time to rethink the price. after I had time to think about it, it was way too much money and had to reconsider my issues. I thought that 3 day rescission period is for this reason. Dave from Nesters said he bought all the stuff already for the job and could not return it. I had the stack so the rest of the materials should have been general merchandise. He refused to refund me the money. He never gave me a rescission paper to sign or a contract. He said he will try to sell the items and give us the money back but he never did. After days of trying to text and call to discuss this issue, we kept getting excuses that he was not in office and could not give us a list of items he bought. I wanted to see if he actually bought items and see if I could sell them to get MY money back. I told him that I will wait till December 1, 2017 then I have to ask for help from the Better Business Bureau because I am disabled and need every penny I had to pay my bills. I felt like he took advantage of me. Now he don't return any texts.

They came out right away where so nice and very easy going very professional gave me a great price and all the work the did looked amazing I eould highly recommend them to everyone they also did work for my father and sister and both of them where every happy with there work and how family friendly they are I thank them for the great service
