I hit a deer on the 8th of Dec...

I hit a deer on the 8th of December and was assured a quick turnaround from Harps. My car was in harps possession the day after my accident (the 9th) and when I spoke to Rob (the owner?) about the completion date he told me next week some time. A week and two days passed and I decided to call them and see if my car was done. They didn't even have the parts yet, and assured me next week. I called again next week and was told "sorry its the holidays" and it would not be done the next week (January) but probably the week after that. I respectfully declined and said "I'm taking my business elsewhere." In an attempt to assuage my rage he offered to rent me a car for free I said no thank you and told him someone would be by shortly to remove my car from his shop. I would not recommend this shop to anyone their deceit was ridiculous, a fact that I'm sure reflects on their workmanship.
