Slow service. Not enough staff when I went to pick up rental. Tricked into getting insurance that I didn't need. The vehicle smelled like smoke inside. It got worse when the heat was turned on.

Very quick and easy! I needed a car while my car was in the shop. I got a nice SUV and the price was very reasonable! Will definitely be back

Very disappointed at the service I received during this rental. I am always raving about this local rental but this time around everything was wrong from the I walked in. Even got charged for 3 days when the rental was only for 1 day. The manager did reverse the charge and called and apologize and as I said before never had a problem prior to this. I am still appalled at what happen this time around.
