They currently have my laptop, 9 days today. I was told they would have it 2-3 days, on the 4th day I called and was told it was being repaired, on the 5th day the same. I had a family emergency on the 6th day and the weekend. Monday I phoned and was told that the computer was ready and I could pick it up on Tuesday. I phoned Tuesday and the lady said the man was asleep and she would go retrieve it at 11, she would phone me when she got it. I phoned at 1:30 because I yet to hear from her. I showed up at the shop and she phoned the repairman and he said he had issues, it wasn't ready and while he was on the phone I told her I want my laptop now and I would take it where it could be repaired. She left to go get it, upon returning she had a ticket for me to sign with the cost of the "repairs" I said I am not paying for anything on that, she said she can't let me have it without paying, that it was now ready, BUT if I wanted to leave it one more night they could make sure it was really done. I told her I wasn't going to be taken advantage of and ripped off and I would seek an attorney. They falsely advertised 2-3 day service repair and then I was mislead for 6 days and then told they were going to keep my laptop even though it was not repaired, until I paid for it. I will not be doing business in Poteau if this is the types of businesses we have access to. Small businesses are getting a bad name because of actions as stated above.
