i.WATCH OUT, you better ask for detailed estimate BEFORE they start work. And beware of their "Small Diagnostic Fee" for your "custom tailored price". YEA ! RIGHT ! $39.00 to flush toilet and lift bathroom sink stopper. to find out toilet needed snake-out and stopper did not work. HUH, same "Diagnostic" I gave over phone. bill reads as follows: Diagnostic fee $39.00....... Augered out toilet a few times.$133.00 -------- Remove & replace pop-up assembly in bath.. $174.00.. GRAND TOTAL.. $346.00.. W.. T.. F.. I've used Matson's a few time before and each time their prices for work keep going up up up a heck of a lot more than cost of inflation. I think they look at me as an easy target. well no more. I called other plumbers and got estimate's based on Matson's bill and ALL others were $150.00 to $175.00 cheaper. e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
