Terrible customer service!!!!! When the clerk gives you attitude you know you're in the wrong place. I just flew into Spokanne Wa, and on our way to our destination near Priest Lake we decided to stop for our liquor for the week. I am 26 I was in there with my mom and my 34 year old sister, and the lady wouldn't sell to my mom because I didn't have my ID handy. My ID was BARRIED in the car under all the other stuff. I understand it's the law for the clerk to card. But the attitude wasn't necessary. Not only that but my sister asked her where the Hennessy was and she laughed at her! Further more my mom said I don't know much about tequila trying to inquire about a bottle she picked and the girl snapped and said "well it's 100% agave so it's better than the bottom shelf". Sorry we aren't white trash, work in a liquor store, and aren't experts in the subject of liquor but it would probably be a good idea not to treat customers like that in the future, you don't always know who the person is and how much damage they can cause to business. I hope management will SERIOUSLY keep an eye on whomever this lady was. Not to mention she was bent over the counter talking to a man when we walked in (I bet your boss doesn't pay you to sit there and talk to your friends... Go stock sheleves or something.
