The service manager, Jeremy Burkhart is rude and unprofessional. They had my bike for six weeks, misordered parts, tried to blame me for the parts delay, inferred I was a liar and generally treated me with none of the courtesy one would expect from a business hoping you'd come back. Six weeks of summer gone, failure to aggressively manage parts, rude service manager -- I'll not let this go and you’ll never see me or anyone I talk to at your establishment again.
