We bought units and a car at the monthly auctions they have and at first all was great! The woman who was working there was nice, but then there came an issue with the car we bought off of them. They were adamant about that they did everything right, but the DMV said differently. I don't know about you but dealing with the people at the DMV is a headache itself, but to try to tell them that they are wrong and that the storage place said this was like being between to fighting parents. The lady, Mary, became belligerent and angry when I went to discuss the issue after promising she would call us and keep us informed. The issue was out of her hands, her bosses were taking care of it, but she didn't call us and tell us that, she got angry that we had been calling wanting to know what was happening with the vehicle. This place had been rude to work with for other unit auctions also, but only until after you have bid on a unit and paid for it, I wouldn't recommend it,

The wife and husband team that run the place are a pleasure to do bussiness with and customer service is absolutely first rate.

It is a clean, quaint, mom & pop etablishment. And the past reviewer really doesn't know what he's talking about, because Tony is the maintenance man, not the manager. HER name is Mary, and she's the most caring, compassionate person to work with - she really goes out of her way to keep people from loosing their things to auction.



This guy needs to get his facts straight!

Most people look only for the best location and price, when shopping for a storage unit. That is fine until reality kicks in, and you realize that you must deal with certain personalities that you might find painful. I had to deal with one of these people at Airline Self-Storage. I had stored my things at this location for over 5 years, and things went fine, until I decided to move my things out. Joe, the male representative at Airline Self-Storage, is the type of person that is a fair weather friend. If you agree with all he says, you will never have any problems (you know the type), but if you have a dissenting view and share it with him, it will get messy. It was a few weeks after I moved my things when I saw him again. My friend, Faye, had recently stored her things there, and I offered to take her to pay the rent on her new unit. As soon as she got out of the car, Joe rushed over to my car shouting all kinds of things. When I rolled down the window, asking him what he want
