when i needed to surrender my puppy they were understanding and werent judgemental. my parents have 2 rescuse dogs from here and their wonderful.

After speaking with 3 different people on 2 different days and confirming the date and time to surrender my dog, I drove an hour one way to drop him off. When I arrived, the refused to take him saying that they had no room. Fine... if you had no availble room BUT you should have told me that the mutiple opportunites that you had when we spoke on the telephone OR called me that morning and cancelled the appointment. What a dissappointment and a waste of my time and money! POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

looking over your sit and being a person intrested in finding a pet. There are no listings of pets or pictures. One would think that a business in field of adoptiing out rescued animals would put a listing oand pictures of thepets they have for adoption
