Mad Moe Corporation is a Portsmouth, N.H., company that sells limited service restaurant franchises. Its brand is the Moe s Italian Sandwiches, an original since 1959. It has sold the franchise to more than a dozen operators in New Hampshire and Maine. Moe s Italian Sandwiches menu features the trademark six-inch, 12-inch and super Italian sandwich.
