They usually do not have my prescriptions for pickup and the staff is not very motivated to go above and beyond in order to keep you as a customer. I recently went to transfer a prescription there from a CVS pharmacy out of state( I had just moved) the technician asked me if I knew their telephone number and I informed him that I did not but I gave him the location and address. He asked me if I could go home and look up their number and fax and call him back with it ! I then proceeded to ask him if they had internet access so that he could look it up(obvious solution,one would think) he, rather put out, stated " I guess I could look it up on my phone". I could not believe it and I don't for a minute believe that Walgreens does not have the internet...totally lazy. i am transferring all my meds as we speak.
