i was a wee confused with the direction my life was going, and i wanted to do something different. Military has always been a dream of mine since i was a kid and i felt it was high time that i pursued that dream. I had originally intended to enlist in the Navy, but when i went into their recruiting station, they spend about 5 minutes with me and sent me on my way. As i was walking away disappointed from the station i was called by one of the Sgts. from the army asking if i wanted to come in and talk with them. I agreed to come in the following day. That very day i came in at around 9AM and did not leave until around 4pm. Why? Its because they spent all day working with me to get all my documents and trying to find the right job for me in the Army. They really worked with me and got me what i wanted, and they're a bunch of great guys too. They say recruiters only want you in and then out to basic and dont really care about you after you've sworn in. That's not true with these guys. They work you incredibly hard and test you general army knowledge so that you can ship out to basic being better than everyone else. This is a great station and they really helped me out! hooah!
