We are all High Performance! It means mostly UVB rays with a small percent of UVA . 160 watt bulbs stimulate the pigment in your skin and brings that melanin to the surface of your skin. The melanin protects your skin so it can better tolerate the sun. It makes your tan last longer so you don't have to tan as often. This is great for light therapy, for acne, eczema / psoriasis, and vitamin D deficiency. We have 3 lye down beds that go up to 12 minutes and 2 stand ups that go up to 11 minutes. We also have a leg bed that is great for those hard to tan legs. You can do the leg bed in addition to the lye downs or stand ups or you can just tan your legs.
