I received great customer service before I ordered and paid for the first half of my dress. I went back in to look at bridesmaid dresses and I couldn't find the one I saw online so they gave me a catalog to look at. All the dresses were priced in the catalog and I asked if this was their asking price and the woman told me yes. I was horrified when I got to the page where my wedding dress was because it was priced over 1/3 LESS than what I had paid for it. When I questioned her she said I would have to come back and talk to the associate who helped me. I called multiple times over a 5 day period and no one would return my call and the people I needed to talk to were always busy with a bride. One of the associates mentioned to me at one time they price match so I did my research on what other business sell my dress for and was sickened to find out everyone else sells it for HALF of what Tres Fafu was charging me.
