The reason why the rent to people with poor credit is because it's most likely the only people they can still get to take a "chance" on them! I was appalled by their lecherous, unprofessional management while living there. There is no accountability, none, on the part of these scumbags. They blamed all problems on tenants. I had major mold problems, as did other tenants. Lost a beautiful $1,200 couch to the mold. Mold up and down the inside walls. Their response: you cook too much, you take too many showers, you have too many plants. How do they sleep at night? I am sure just fine since they don't give a crap about the welfare and safety of the people who mistakenly rent from them. I am sure a whole book could be written about all the horror stories current and former tenants have to tell. Shame, shame shame.
