Terrible customer service!! Whatever you do, DON'T let the husband touch your clothing. He does NOT know how to measure or tailor anything but he pretends that he does. He made major mistakes on 2 out of 5 pairs of pants I asked them to hem and when I pointed them out he became extremely rude, defensive, and blamed the mistakes on me saying that I had him measure me is flatter shoes. Even after I demonstrated that even with bare feet, the pants were more than an inch too short, he continued to yell at me! Not to mention that he came to the counter wearing a dirty wife-beater tank top and a scowl. I spent a good 10 minutes arguing with them to get them to correct their mistakes, and during this time they continued to speak to each other in their language in front of me as if I wasn't there. When you make a mistake, just apologize and fix it don't lie about it - especially when it's obvious that you screwed up. WILL NOT use this place ever again.
