I found this place on a whim when I lived in Tigard and I've been going for my body art for the last two years. It's very friendly, very professional (you can smell the clean in that place, I call that a good sign), and the artists there are very nice. Prices are also very reasonable too. I recommend this shop to all of my friends. Skin City rocks!!!

I just got my first tattoo here today (by Zach), and although I was nervous, I had a great experience and would recommend Skin City to anyone. The pricing was very fair--even when Zach had to re-draw my outline because I decided on the spot to put it in a different place. Everyone was friendly, and the shop was clean. I even liked the music playing over the intercom. :)Great shop!

This weekend my friend and I decided to get tattoo's at the last minute. We called in and were welcomed to come in even though they were busy. Having no idea what we wanted Ken took our idea's and came up with his own master pieces. I highly recommend them, they are clean and very artistic! Thank you so much!

I have gotten a Tattoo from Joe, and i must say it was a amazing experiance. He made me feel like i was his most important client of the day. He was funny, he paid attention to me, and talked to me the entire time. I would recommend this shop to anyone that asked.

This place is a little hard to find..But way worth the adventure to find. The artist and staff here made it a pleasant expeirence

I have had 4 tattoos and 1 in progress with Joe and Will at Skin City Tattoos. Their work is the best i've ever seen and wouldn't let anyone else do this. I have referred family and friends and all agree that they are the best of the best.

I looked around town for someone that could make my designs look as good on me as they do on my paper. And they do!. They have 4 tattooist and 1 body piercer. Jo and Will have done my work. Jo did 3 tattoos, and Will did 1 of mine. I loved the work so much that I recommend my customers who buy designs from me to go to them. And every one has been very satisfied with the work done. They also offer competitive prices.
